At outlet outlets they was all over the place not order.ni calls back of promises. Waiting over a month for glasses to arrive... etc..

“I went to this clinic a few months ago and would like to thank Dr. Phan for his excellent care. I initially came in for a routine eye exam to get glasses, but it turned out to be the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. During the visit, he suspected glaucoma and referred me to a specialist. I am 25 years old, and because of his careful examination, I was able to see the specialist, receive an early diagnosis, and begin treatment. My eye pressure was 24 in both eyes, and thanks to his evaluation, the condition was detected early, helping prevent further peripheral vision loss. Thank you for all that you do.“

Once I showed up and then realized they closed in 5 minutes, started to leave, but the manager helped me despite her having to stay a bit late! I appreciated that so much.
The team is very kind, caring, and attentive! It was a pleasure to go there for my eye care exams and glasses, they do contacts too. I appreciated that they had such a huge selection of frames too-with great, well known brands from higher end to really affordable. It is so easy to make an appointment, I did mine online, but they always answer the phone too :)
Super nice people, a pleasure to engage with,. And always having smiles!
I’d say EVERYONE there has a positive attitude and they’re all so helpful, the great teamwork was apparent as well, which is nice to see.

Considering patients are veterans who have devoted their time, life and families understanding their pain is a huge concern. This office did that. Made us aware and patient.

“My son's glasses broke while on our first day of vacation. We went to a large chain store with an optical center and they told us the only thing they could do was order a new pair of glasses with a two week wait. We then did some Google researching and decided to try The Spectacle Shoppe. Within a few minutes they had his glasses fixed so that he could use them the rest of our vacation. They saved so many tears and frustration and were just the kindest about the situation. Definitely recommend them!!“

“It’s been a few years since I have had an eye exam. I went to this location last minute and they took me right in for an exam. Dr. Patel was great! Very friendly and explained everything to me clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

When I checked in, the lady that started my appointment was friendly and got the process started right away. I believe her name was Maria (forgive me if I am mistaken). She answered all of my questions and was professional.

Joanna was very nice and helpful while I was looking around and she was showing me different frames that she thought I may like. She was patient with me, I have a hard time deciding on a frame. She smiled and laughed and was very easy to converse with.

Sam took over helping me choose my frames and he was great! He explained which frames work best with the shape of my face and the size lens I would need for my prescription. He went all over the store grabbing different frames and giving me his opinion on each one. He was very energetic and friendly. I never felt rushed at all. He told me to “take my time, no need to rush”. Once I chose my pair, he did all of the measurements, helped choose what the lenses should offer for me, found me a good deal on a frame for sunglasses (yay!) and also helped me use the Affirm app to make future payments so I didn’t have to skimp on what I truly needed due to cost. I TRULY appreciated that!

This was the BEST experience I have ever had when needing an eye exam and glasses. I highly recommend this location and staff and I am so glad I was able to get in to receive such wonderful service. Thank you so much! :)

“It was a great experience coming here-every single time. My mother and I are patients and have never had any problems with this office. Front desk and the technicians are spectacular. I’ve never seen an office with exceptional staff overall. Stephanie, Nicole, Haydee, and Kieu by far were the best. They managed to fix my glasses that were bent on the side and left them in great shape. If you need an office to come to, do not skip this one.“
