Excellent service, from the moment you walk in the staff is attentive and so helpful. Eileen was great she helped my mom choose her glasses and helped with her insurance. Dr. Patel is wonderful and patient, she took her time with both her eye exam and explaining her results. She also speaks Spanish, if it’s your preferred language. If you are looking for a place to check your eyes and are looking for beautiful frames this is the place for you. We highly recommend Visionworks!!!!!
Eileen assisted me with fitting some glasses. I hope I have her name correct because she was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have had 2 eye exams here as well. And the doctor was very nice. The check in for the doctor sometimes felt like I was an imposition.
I'm so glad I got my glasses here. Their prices are very good, but what can't be beat is their 100 day guarantee and their service. I tried progressive lenses but I could not get used to them. I brought them back, got a full credit and got glasses I'm happy with. Then today I came in because my glasses somehow got twisted and weren't fitting right. Eileen took great care of me, not only fixing my glasses back as good as new, but replacing the nose pads with better, softer ones. No charge. That's why I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for glasses ever again.
