Dr. Jagani and his entire staff are true professionals. The eye exam was one of the most thorough that I have ever experienced. Dr. Jagani explained everything to me afterwards about my results and gave expert recommendations about my eye health and care. There are so many great styles and brands of eyewear to choose from - Gen selected some great frames for me to try on and gave me honest and sincere advice in selecting two pairs of new eyeglasses. I purchased one specifically for computer work and I think it is going to make a huge difference in my workday. My experience was absolutely fantastic. Employees were respectful and professional and made me feel like a VIP as soon as I came through the door. The doctor was informative so I could understand exactly what was being said about my eyes. At the end, Gen assisted in picking out glasses and they were very nice and friendly.

They set the bar here for customer care and I couldn’t be happier to write this review.
