“I had the pleasure of working with two incredible artists, Paytin and Robin, and they were both extremely professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. From the very beginning, Paytin stood out during my makeup trial. She really took the time to listen to my vision, checked in with me throughout the process, and made sure I loved every step before moving forward. What I appreciated most was how open and receptive she was—not only during the trial but also on my wedding day. I wanted to make a few changes from the trial look, and she embraced them with such a positive attitude. She never made me feel like anything was too much, and that meant a lot.

On my wedding day, I truly felt like a princess. My makeup turned out absolutely stunning—so much so that many of my guests complimented how beautiful and professional it looked. It was exactly what I had envisioned and more.

Robin was also amazing. She brought such great energy and kindness to the room, and my bridesmaids and moms absolutely loved her. Both artists created such a calm, fun, and positive atmosphere, which made the entire getting-ready experience even more special.

“I have never been one to go and have my hair just washed and dried at a salon before. That’s until I ran into some health problems that made it very difficult for me to even wash my own hair. So I decided to try this Blo Dry Bar at O-Town West. First off, it’s so cute in there. Very new, modern and clean, just good vibes and great attitudes. I am a member of this place, and I don’t do monthly memberships ANYWHERE. For those who don’t want to commit, they offer one-time services or monthly membership options. My BEST STYLISTS ever…ALEXIS AND ANA…I just know whenever I go in and see either one of them, that I am going to walk out looking and feeling my absolute BEST. I’m sure that all of the girls that work there are wonderful, I am just stuck on my two girls :) I personally prefer a really strong hand when my hair is getting washed because I have a lot of hair and it’s very thick. Most people that have washed my hair in the past don’t even really get down to my scalp. I explained this to each of them before my first time sitting in that chair, and they have delivered exactly what I asked for every single time, consistently! As far as styling goes, I feel like a star every time I leave this place. My hair looks great and I get compliments all the time. For those who are on the fence, give them a try. This experience is the best and worth every penny. Oh and the “Blo-Boss” Yasmin is sooooo sweet and kind and understanding. She is so accommodating and professional. She runs the business well and as a client I really appreciate that!“
