“First time coming to this Salon and everyone is so accommodating! My hairstylist - Anastasia is so amazing! I came from a beach vacation and my hair was very frizzy & dry but she worked her magic! She was very patient and took her time to make sure my hair will be restored! 😊

Alena, the nail technician was also nice. My only comment is that they only have a really limited color options for regular polish (I can’t do gel polish at work) hence I have to opt for regular polish. Other than that my nail experience was pretty good.

Farah did a beautiful classic set on me, after not wearing lashes for 14 months. She took her time and analyzed my lashes to see if I should do classic or hybrid, etc., as I was undecided. “Came in around 12pm on a Saturday. I was skeptical because i thought the wait time would be too long. My boyfriend and I got sat immediately. Great service always, super sweet employees, and an overall great job. I did a regular pedicure with gel and it was $45. I believe I was done by 12:35pm. Will definitely be back!!“

“I had the absolute best experience with my eyebrow technician Maria, she took all the necessary time to explain step by step the entire process as I was nervous with anxiety, she did an amazing job framing the shape of my eyebrows.

Not to mention the wonderful customer service I received through IG from the business administrator, she was able to squeeze me in and confirm my appointment for first thing the next morning so I could take advantage of the flash sale that was running!

The ambience in the shop was modern, very chic and feminine, the other technicians assisting their clients all were very polite and I could tell they all created great rapport with their clientele.

“My experience this time was excellent. About 10 months ago, I came in for an eyebrow cover-up appointment at the Dr. Phillips location. At the time, Sara Cosper was on maternity leave, and I was assigned to another technician. While I never wanted to leave a negative review, I left feeling disappointed because I didn't feel my concerns were fully heard, and my brows ended up uneven. Since then, I found myself filling them in with makeup while waiting for my yearly maintenance appointment.
