From the moment I walked into the room, everything felt calm, clean, and professionally prepared. Amy welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The one-hour deep tissue FSNURU session was absolutely incredible. Every part of the experience was delivered with skill, passion, and great attention to detail. Alena, the nail technician was also nice. My only comment is that they only have a really limited color options for regular polish (I can’t do gel polish at work) hence I have to opt for regular polish. Other than that my nail experience was pretty good.
