“I have been following The Vanity Room for over a year fawning over the esthetic of the office and staff alone. I finally took a leap a month ago when I saw that there were walk in appointments available. While I've always taken pretty good care of my skin I cannot cream/ serum my way out of genetics and aging. I walked in and was immediately offered freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and water, which spoke to my fat girl spirit. When it was my turn I was elated to see Desi waiting in the room for me. While she presents a bright and bubbly personality on social media it was dialed back a little because let's be real, she's a real person/ medical professional and her demeanor was fitting while incredibly welcoming. Desi allowed me to explain my concerns and she recommended what she thought was best. At no point did I feel pressured into doing more. Desi was wonderful with explaining the procedure before moving forward, she even listened to my nervous word vomit which helped me calm down. It's been about a month and I am loving my results.
