Integrity Restoration went above and beyond to help out my 83 yo mother’s water slab leak in her home. Although dealing with her insurance company was a painful in itself. Allen, owner, from the beginning and Pauly, business/billing manager, at the end were understanding and made this nightmare bearable. No one ever expects a water slab leak and mold to happen to them but when it does- these are the guys to call. Best company to work with- truly kind and extremely understanding. Highly recommend.
Overall this company did an excellent job. Although the process was slow, I think that it had more to do with the insurance company. Integrity was able to effectively document the damage to the insurance company so that they would cover the claim. ***** ********** was particularly helpful in getting the outside contractors to move more quickly. I recommend this company for anyone who has water damage and mold.
Didn't get the pleasure of experiencing a full remediation because we had to cancel for lack of financing. But, Glen and his team set up dehumidifiers and an air scrubber in our home anyway, to help us out because of a mold issue we were having. They tried to help us as best they can and were very patient, kind and understanding. We really appreciated the care we recieved with integrity restoration and will be recommending them and utilizing them in the future!
