When our KitchenAid failed, he discovered the wiring harness made repairs impractical and charged us only for the initial visit and a non-returnable part. Later, he made several visits to diagnose our Bosch, even calling for temperature updates. After replacing the board and continuing to troubleshoot, he found power-surge damage that made the refrigerator beyond repair. Because he couldn’t fix it, he charged us only for parts he had installed and could not return. We will never use anyone else for our appliance repair needs.”
