Great service! The staff that took my call were friendly and quick to get us scheduled when our fridge failed. Drew did a fantastic job fixing our fridge- he called ahead with an accurate arrival time, worked quickly, friendly, cleaned up when he was done, and gave clear instructions on what to expect and how to reach them if we have any questions or concerns. Overall extremely satisfied and would call this team again for future issues.

From the staff that answered the phone my experience with Expert Appliance Repair was professional and pleasant. I was expecting HVAC company the same day... Both companies call me in the morning to provide the time window I should expect them.... Expert Appliance Tech Tyler showed up actually 4 minutes early, was incredibly polite, gave me an opportunity to explain my freezer issue. Explained to me in plain language what the problem was and provided a temporary fix until the new part arrived that would be the permanent solution. Tyler and Mr. Andrew of Expert Appliance Repair are great! So accommodating with our work from home schedule, and just all around professionals. They respect that its your house, which is rare with many repair companies these days.
