“We were thrilled with the service we received from Tim today! We originally had a competitor (Roto-Rooter) come give us a quote. They said snaking our pipe may or may not fix our problem, but they’d charge us $450 to try it. We are so thankful we had Mr. Rooter come instead, because it turns out that $450 would’ve gone straight down the drain, while our sewage remained. Tim thoroughly investigated our problem and got to the root of the issue…a tree root had ruined our septic pump motor. He was prompt and professional in replacing it for us.
