Jim went the extra mile to teach me some simple things that will help me maintain my plumbing correctly. He is the real deal when it comes to making someone new (me), feel like family. I have worked with many contractors directly but Jim made it seem like I called my brother to help me out. Thanks Heather and Jim for fitting me in your schedule.
