Throughout the process, communication was excellent.

They kept us updated regularly and sent pictures and videos so we could see Yogi's progress.

When we picked him up, they thoroughly explained all the training techniques and provided detailed guidance on continuing the work at home.

They even walked us through everything they did at their facility.

“Oliver was there for his yearly exam and shots. The Dr was so sweet with him and gave him a very thorough exam including a rectal, which apparently wasn’t painful as he didn’t flinch at all. Oliver has been going there since he was born and will continue and it a drive for me but worth it!!“

They are very accommodating and make it easy to check your dog in and out. They have the dogs divided by size and have a good screening process for new dogs to make sure they are a good fit for the group. I gave them a five star only because there isn't a 6th star option.“

Last year, I adopted my first dog on my own, and of course there was no other vet I’d take her to. Not even two months ago, I brought her in to get her annual vaccines when Dr. Brooks noticed some lumps in her mammary glands. It is something that I probably never would have noticed on my own. He walked us through what it could be, as well as what we would have to do to test them. With the probability of it being cancer, and with my financial situation, I was heartbroken and preparing for the worst, but the entire team handled this situation with so much grace and they were extremely understanding and able to work with us.

All of her diagnostic tests and surgery were done in just a few weeks without any complications. We got her stitches removed yesterday and I am so so thankful for Dr. Brooks and the entire team here. Sticky has been doing so well, and the cancer was caught before it had the chance to progress. I can’t even explain the relief I feel for getting to have more time with my baby. We owe it all to everyone here for catching it and removing it with such swiftness and care. I could not recommend them enough.“

It started with curbside drop off that was so easy & so convenient! Then came the pictures, updates, all of the love and snuggles and the way he was made to feel like one of her pack the entire time he was there! When I picked him up he was clean, nails trimmed (which is no small feat) and his temperament was that of a dog that had just left a 5 star resort stay!
