“We have taken our dog Holly to board her here, this was the second time. Holly is a reactive dog and we were a bit concerned the first time because we had never boarded her before. But when we picked her up we could tell she liked the owner. When we arrived this time Holly was excited to get there as she remembered her last visit. She wagged her tail and was very comfortable. “My little dog Rambo had the pleasure of being groomed and boarded with Jill for 10 days. In those 10 days Jill far exceeded any expectations I could ever have had for pet care. It started with curbside drop off that was so easy & so convenient! Then came the pictures, updates, all of the love and snuggles and the way he was made to feel like one of her pack the entire time he was there! When I picked him up he was clean, nails trimmed (which is no small feat) and his temperament was that of a dog that had just left a 5 star resort stay! As a dog Mom who seldom trusts anyone with their little dog, all I can say is that if you're not using Jill for grooming and boarding, you & your fur baby are missing out!“

“I've used them to trim my 3 chihuahua's nails and they do an amazing job. They don't use the Dremels and instead hand file after clipping the nails so the dogs are less stressed.“

When we welcomed a new yorkie-poo pup into our home there was no question that Pupperz would be her groomer! She always looks so cute and clean and they have some secret magic because her fur is the softest thing ever when she comes home.

Definitely recommend for puppies but especially for geriatric doggies whom they take extra care with, and new puppies who they introduce to the grooming process slowly so it becomes a familiar and easy part of their regular routine.

“My boys couldn’t be happier! The staff was amazing! They were so patient with me being a new client and a worried fur mom of a puppies first visit! I was asking a ton of questions and the Downtown NPR new location staff was absolutely so kind, so patient, and did an absolute phenomenal job with both Ash and Rex!!!! They honored all my request, Rex did so good for his first time and came out a happy boy no negative take aways for his first groom, and Ash’s groom came out Pinterest worthy!!!! If you are taking your dogs to get groomed ANYWHERE ELSE STOP! You need to take the here to or the Dowtown NPR location! I would drive hours if I had to get these results and to get them right here in my backyard is amazing! Thank you and we will be forever clients!!!!!
