“We just picked up our dog, Finn. He is a goldendoodle. Not the easiest dog to groom. He has gone to other groomers before and I decided to try this place based on other reviews. They EXCEEDED expectations by a long shot. He was groomed to perfection with little touches I didnt even expect. He looked so happy on pickup so I know he had a blast there. If you're wondering where to take your dog for grooming, this is the place!“

“Our usual Cat caregiver is out, and I didn't expect for them to be able to care for our cat. Bailey called and told me to go ahead and bring her in, and fit her in the very next morning. Bailey is not only loved by our cat, but is an absolute treasure for THE best pet spa in Florida. She is an ambassador for the business and a fantastic groomer.“

“Our Old man mini-Aussie Fidget went here for his grooming and always received the very best care and was always excited to see everyone at the shop.
When we welcomed a new yorkie-poo pup into our home there was no question that Pupperz would be her groomer! She always looks so cute and clean and they have some secret magic because her fur is the softest thing ever when she comes home.

Definitely recommend for puppies but especially for geriatric doggies whom they take extra care with, and new puppies who they introduce to the grooming process slowly so it becomes a familiar and easy part of their regular routine.

“Oliver was there for his yearly exam and shots. The Dr was so sweet with him and gave him a very thorough exam including a rectal, which apparently wasn’t painful as he didn’t flinch at all. Oliver has been going there since he was born and will continue and it a drive for me but worth it!!“

“Jill has been grooming our now 5-year-old Maltese for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with her care. Our dog is very anxious and can be quite the squirmer when she's uncomfortable, but Jill is incredibly patient and always makes her feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

She is consistently communicative, whether it's letting us know about any matting that may affect the haircut or if she's running a little behind (which is rare, as she's usually very timely). The haircuts are always excellent, and we love the thoughtful touch of the adorable bandana she sends our pup home with—often themed for the season or holidays. “Amber did amazing with our Lily today! This was our first time to visit after being recommended there. We all know that French bulldogs can have their own little personalities and issues. Amber took the time to explain everything to me and what she recommended to help in a few areas. Lily normally has anxiety with the groomer and she didn't act like she had any issues when I picked her up. “We have taken our dog Holly to board her here, this was the second time. Holly is a reactive dog and we were a bit concerned the first time because we had never boarded her before. But when we picked her up we could tell she liked the owner. When we arrived this time Holly was excited to get there as she remembered her last visit. She wagged her tail and was very comfortable. “We have been using The Pet Nanny of Trinity for about 5 years now, and Sandra is the kind of person everyone wants for their fur babies. She has been super reliable, flexible and knowledgeable. She keeps in great contact, sends us photos and updates which gives us peace of mind while we are away. One time, one of our cats got sick the same day we were leaving for vacation.
