The Friday after the Fourth of July I might add since most of the doctor's offices we called were closed. Selina at the front desk was so attentive and sweet. Dr Petro was equally kind and thorough! He diagnosed the issue and prescribed some drops as well as giving something immediately to give my husband some relief. Selina diligently worked to find a pharmacy near our resort that had the medication in stock. “Made appt online then got confirmation via text, phone call and an email. Seems a little excessive but this must be a busy location. We arrived early and got seen, no pun intended, at or around our appt time. Dr Hall was great. Decent selection of frames.“

Not only was he kind enough to make me a future eye exam at a different WP location, he took the time to find me TWO pairs of the perfect RX glasses. “I am beyond fortunate to have Dr. Coates as my Primary Eye Dr. She and her staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Coates is kind, genuine and actually takes time and listens to you. Every question and concern I have had has been addressed. Dr. Coates doesn't treat you as "just a patient." She is extremely knowledgable and if something doesn't seem right she doesn't just let it go, she will look further into it until she is sure that any issue is corrected and that you are seeing the best that you can! Oh, she also has a great sense of humor! Cathy, Taylor and Kay are the absolute best team I have seen working together along with Dr. Coates. All of them are have very impressive backgrounds in the eye profession, are friendly and always smiling. They know you by name, return phone calls, and go above and beyond what I could have imagined.
