Hear me out … Ill be 35 and I really wish I could rate it 100 all the instructors are beautiful inside and out and help me to sculpt my “ skinny fat” body in ways I used to dream of .. , I have visible arm muscles, a nice back and an UNDER BOOTY as someone who has always been top glute dominant, my stomach is starting to have a V cut .make no mistake ITS VERY INTENSE! it is HIIT W PILATES foundations and its exactly what my body needed and I haven't looked this good in my whole LIFE. Thank you to all the instructors you guys are such a blessing in my life.”
