“I have been a happy customer for years. They were located in the Winter Garden Village and recently opened this location. It usually takes about three days to turn each order and my clothes are always perfect. There prices are kind of high but you are paying for quality. If you accidentally leave a valuable in a pocket they will place it in a sealed bag and attach it to your order. The employees are friendly.“

“I hadn’t been back to this location for quite sometime. At first I was taken a back that there was nobody there and you needed to use the virtual drop off. Being it was a first for me I failed at it because you need to drop the garments in a yellow bag and register the bag. When I figured it out my clothes were all ready inside. The site offers to call someone if you have any questions. I called and the attendant helped me create another registration to register one of the yellow bags. They then called the cleansrs and advised them what had happened to put them together. It was a new process but worked efficiently. Very innovative.“
