The experience and the concept are great, but there needs to be more transparencyas it pertains to pricing. I would have liked to know what the prices are behore I dropped off my clothes.
This was a whole new dry cleaning experience for a 60 year old! Completely humanless experience. Once I got over that and figured out the very easy instructions, it was fine, and if not for the cost, I would definitely be using this place on a regular basis. Very efficient, and did a nice job with the shirts. But around $8 per shirt seems pretty steep to me, especially when you aren't paying for human contact. I came from a very expensive Washington DC, and even there I only paid $3 per shirt. Again, job well done, but I may search elsewhere because of cost.
Fast and efficient service open 24 hrs?! Score! What a life saving service to have for those with non-traditional work hours. Pricing is fair and reasonable and I got my garment back in a timely manner.
