As an "old guy" the self service system wasn't something that I was looking forward to. I was skeptical. But after experiencing it, I love it! I even used the automated system to fix a pair of boots. Orlando Cleaners has always done a great job with great customer service.
Although I’ll miss face interactions, the new lobby with self service was very convenient. I also appreciated the email updates of dropping the clothes off and when they are ready for pick up, sometimes earlier than expected! The extra care to specialty shirts assures care for continued quality cleaning. See you again soon!
Very easy pick up and drop off. I don’t have to wait to hit the store between 7am-6pm. Clean environment and well maintained. Overall, a bit expensive would be my only negative point, but what isn’t these days!
