This process was efficient, easy to use, fast, and 100% reliable!! While filling out the electronic screen, “special instructions” should be utilized to explain what you want done with your clothes (dry clean, press, etc), and how many garments you are dropping off. You will receive a text message with your laundering details after filling out the electronic screen appropriately, and dropping your garment bag in the shoot. They are speedy and zero hassle involved!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
