Ken looked at it, listened to my concerns and said “just wear it after a good cleaning” and proceeded to explain how to clean it. Gave me a rag. Only after I asked for products to clean he took the time to show and explain what he had and wasn’t pushing any of it. Ken took about 20 minutes of his time to show me how to repair my own sandals. We need more honest business owners like him! Easy to talk to, honest and pleasant.“
