I was in and out in the amount of time I had expected (~ 2 hours because I have natural hair). My hair turned out great. Looks sleek and very healthy. “I had gone to another woman closer to me and had a bad experience. So, when I came to Alex, I was a little leery of what to expect. However, Alex far exceeded my expectations. My hair came out looking wonderful, fresh, and I got tons of compliments. I was able to wait significantly longer than I have in the past between colorings as well. When I needed to reschedule, he looped me in as soon as he had cancellations and got me in for a time that worked for both of us. He honored the Groupon price without me having to buy a Groupon too, which was awesome. He does charge extra for length, thickness, and toner, but this is really standard for blonde. Hair by Alex is awesome!“
