I chose this place because I was on a budget and it was the location open the latest (for me to go after work). I was a bit nervous since I dont get my haircut often and I wanted a pretty adventurous cut this time around. I read some reviews and ended up booking with Victoria. I made no mistake. She was super sweet, really funny, and did EXACTLY what I wanted and more. I am so in love with my new haircut and I will continue to go to Victoria when I need a refresh. Victoria was great! I let her know I get nervous at hair appointments due to previous bad experiences and she was super kind and communicative! She did exactly what I asked and was friendly.

SHOUT OUT!! AMANDA (she did my hair), VICTORIA, STEVE, LUCY, CLAUDIA!! This location blew me away with how amazing my hair turned out. I started off at the Ocoee location where I was turned down immediately do to the red in my hair and NOBODY there that felt confident in starting my platinum journey even though I had booked this as an appointment and they should have known ahead of time what I was coming in for. Amanda however took her time even though I was a walk in and Claudia always came by making sure I was good and giving a helping hand to Amanda when needed.
