“Overall, I always go here for emergencies; all the doctors are excellent and very nice, and the nurses are wonderful. Generally, everyone is great.<br>However, there are two African-American men who usually work at the reception desk in the mornings who never offer any help and do not seem to understand the urgency of an emergency situation; they are not good at all. Everyone else here is very nice and helpful”

Dr. Jim Huang was so personable, had an amazing bed dude manner, and took the time to explain my X-rays and performed a thorough evaluation during my time of need. “I went with my little brother to his appointment because he has some slight cognitive issues from a medical emergency from about 10 years ago. I cannot say enough how great the staff were. They were so kind and patient with him. From the front desk to the check out, I have nothing bad to say. His provider, Dr. Martinez was just great. Because I was talking to him a lot, he spoke to me but he always made sure to include my brother in the conversation, as the patient. My brother has a speech impediments, so it can be hard to understand him sometimes but he was extremely patient with him and asked him questions about what was going on with him. The least positive interaction we had was with the MA and it wasn’t even negative, she just had a difficult time understanding my brother (which is understandable) but even she was kind.<br><br>I can honestly say that I’ve never been to a clinic/medical practice that I felt that every person I came in contact with was genuinely kind, until today. It’s usually one person that might be a little rude or short or something, but I did not experience that here today. They actually have me considering changing providers…”
