“Overall, I always go here for emergencies; all the doctors are excellent and very nice, and the nurses are wonderful. Generally, everyone is great.
However, there are two African-American men who usually work at the reception desk in the mornings who never offer any help and do not seem to understand the urgency of an emergency situation; they are not good at all. Everyone else here is very nice and helpful”
