After visiting 4 locations total for a random drug screening and breath test Pembroke Pines location was able to get the job done! Latoya is the super star there, she’s awesome! I don’t think I would’ve completed my tests without her being there today. Big thanks to Latoya! The nice lady Iro at the front desk was very pleasant and helped me through my frustration. All the way down to the manager coming in to help out which was amazing and I didn’t get his full name but I believe it’s Theo. Amazing customer service Pembroke Pines! Go Latoya!

Upon arriving, I was first seen by the receptionist Marie, who was very helpful, kind, pleasant and professional. I was then seen by Nurse Latoya and Dr Samorah Gilles. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They are a tremendous asset to this Urgent Care facility. I was very impressed with the services given to me.Blessings
