“Universal Roofing is the best company. It has been family owned and operated for about half a century, and they are wonderful to deal with and do amazing work. I won't talk to anyone else. They just replaced the roof they put on over 22 years ago (the roof still looked good, but insurance companies are funny about older rooves). They also did my roof at another location.

The entire metal roof was completed three weeks ahead of schedule which is unheard of in my experiences down here! “My review today is for the initial process of roof repair… the owner was always in prompt contact with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. The roofer that came seemed knowledgeable, honest, and with experience. He did the job he was sent to do. They didn’t drag it out like another company who quoted me before Big Al’s to then tell me I had to wait 3 weeks for the job to be done. I can’t yet rate the quality of the job as that takes time to be seen. I will return and edit my review if I see the issue continues and wasn’t addressed properly. They offer 1 year warranty for the job.“
