He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. The roofer that came seemed knowledgeable, honest, and with experience. He did the job he was sent to do. They didn’t drag it out like another company who quoted me before Big Al’s to then tell me I had to wait 3 weeks for the job to be done. I can’t yet rate the quality of the job as that takes time to be seen. I will return and edit my review if I see the issue continues and wasn’t addressed properly.
