Perkins Roofing re-roofed my home last June, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I already left them a 5-star review for the quality of their roofing work. Recently, however, I began dealing with rodents in my attic and reached out to Tim and Marcos to see if they could help identify any roof-related entry points.
They promptly sent Aramis to my home, and I was amazed by his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Aramis conducted a thorough inspection and identified several significant openings that were likely allowing rodents access into the attic. He carefully sealed the areas with foam and wire mesh, reinforced vulnerable wire mesh inside the gooseneck vents, repaired a mortar issue on one of my roof tiles, trimmed palm fronds that could provide roof access, and even placed bait in the attic to help address the existing rodent activity.
What impressed me most was that Aramis didn't just fix the obvious issues, he looked at the entire situation and proactively addressed anything that could potentially become a problem. His level of detail, workmanship, and commitment to solving the issue exceeded my expectations.
Honestly, I've dealt with pest control companies that weren't nearly as thorough. I had no idea Perkins Roofing had this kind of expertise beyond roofing, but Aramis did a better job identifying and eliminating potential entry points than any pest control inspection I've had.

“A roof replacement is a big decision to make and I can honestly say, my experience with T&S was wonderful. I am confident I made the right decision in choosing them for my roof replacement project.

Keep in mind that with any roofing job, neither you nor T&S know the actual condition of your roof until they start the process. I had no idea there were two layers of underlayment previous placed on my roof (20 years ago) so having to remove that second underlayment was an additional cost as was the wood replacement. There was brittle wood in many places and having to replace the wood was also an added cost. The site supervisor, Josephs, took his time to Face Time with me and show me the condition of the wood. He literally showed me how the wood crumbled in his hand and I felt much better having to spend the extra money because I clearly understood it was necessary.

Although many times I didn't understand what I was looking at in the pictures they sent, Josephs, the site supervisor, answered all my questions. I'm the type to ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient! Paula was also a great help as project manager- very efficient, kind and easy to work with.

Another thing to keep in mind is that when you have exposed wood in the garage, debris can fall through the holes in your roof after it's been stripped, I advise you to cover up the stuff in your garage as best you can with a plastic tarp so that clean-up is easier.

Lastly, there may be additional painting or soffit repair work that needs to get done but the contract is clear when it comes to all of that.
