“I've lived in South Florida my entire life and have always used Cherry Roofing which is three times, three different addresses. I'm not an easy customer to deal with, but they are patient and respectful. My recommendation to anyone is to Know exactly what you plan to do from the beginning when you sign the contract including deciding between goose necks or ridge vents. For some reason I signed without realizing I was getting a goose neck, but they jumped some hoops for me and I got the ridge vent I wanted with an extra $300 which was more than fair. My roof is the white glasier shingle and between that and the ridge vent, my house is at least 5 degrees cooler. The Titan shingles might not be top of the line, but they are a few steps above the old fashion 3 tier shingle which lasted on my house 25 years and the only reason I reroofed was for insurance reasons. So hopefully these last as long. They should because they are better quality. So yes I recommend Cherry roofing. Their prices are fair, they're not skipping town, and I like that it's family-run.”
