Manuel and his team did an amazing job waterproofing and replacing balcony tiles, installing vinyl flooring and carpeting, and fixing bathroom tile. The process was clear, well-organized, and stress-free. Everyone was professional, courteous, and understanding, and the crew worked cleanly and went above and beyond to help. The work was completed on time, even with time restrictions, and when something wasn't quite right, they corrected it immediately. The final results look fantastic and exceeded expectations, at a cost notably lower than competitors. The team, including Manuel, Douglas, Heidy, Carlos, Alexis, and Lloid, were always pleasant, reassuring, and available anytime questions arose.
