Johns Roofing Services

Johns Roofing Services is a highly esteemed roofing contractor recognized for its exceptional roofing services and positive client feedback. The company handles roof repairs and maintenance, new roof installations, and emergency roofing services. Clients report outstanding service, honesty, and quality work. One crew spent an entire day repairing a flat roof and discovered the leak was coming from the edge of a tile roof where it joins the flat roof. The team removed all the tiles along that jointed section, did what was necessary to seal it, and the whole flat roof looks bright and new from the seal coating. The owner personally oversaw all the work and participated whenever needed, taking immense pride in his work. The price was considerably less than other quotes, and the quality did not suffer. Another client praised the facia wood repair, noting the worker was excellent and really knows his stuff. A leak in a flat roof was repaired quickly, with the client very satisfied and willing to recommend the company. One client described the service as fast, reasonable, and prompt, with a quality repair and extra steps taken. Another client had a patio roof with an AC unit on top that started leaking, with the wood underneath completely rotted. After getting quotes from five companies that did not impress, Johns Roofing Services lifted the AC unit, opened the ceiling underneath it, replaced all the damaged wood, and closed everything back up. The team did what felt impossible, was honest, professional, and charged a very fair price. The client would recommend Johns Roofing Services 100%.
