Julio immediately answered my initial call and was on-site within 30 minutes to take a look at the issue, do a moisture reading, and make recommendations for remediation. Julio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and competent. He got us a written, itemized quote that same day and got his team to begin work the next day. Mike, Rudy, and Jamie showed up first thing the next morning and took care of our water and mold problem. They were all efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Over the course of the next week doing work on our place, the whole team went above and beyond, and especially Julio—accommodating all of our requests, answering our questions, and making sure the job was done right. Rudy was also essential to managing the remediation with his 15 years of experience doing this work. Monica and Maria in the office have been great as well—very responsive and helpful. From that point on her communication with me about the estimate appointment and the initial cleaning and even after that cleaning was exceptional. She even let me know she was delayed for the initial cleaning and arrived just 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The cleaning she and her mother did for me was wonderful and the rate they charged was very competitive. I originally had not planned to continue cleaning on an ongoing basis, but after the job they did and their level of communication with me, I committed to ongoing monthly cleaning for all the months I spend in Florida. “On the advice of a Persian area rug collector in Gatlinburg, TN, we contacted Oriental Rug Salon about cleaning our 100+-year-old Persian Tabriz area rug. Feeling confident that they had experience and knowledge in Persian textiles, we shipped our rug to their facility for care. Upon receipt of our Tabriz, they contacted us to confirm receipt, and after e-mailing us pictures of our rug, they began their magic. After two weeks, our rug was ready to come home, and upon receipt, we were ecstatic with the results. A pet stain that survived a previous cleaning by another rug cleaning company was completely gone! Our rug looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier.
