This place is alright. But the wait for a right sized washer is inconvenient. Lots of small load washers and not enough large. Some are not working and the dryers also have a wait for them. Lots of people come here due to the location, but the quality of everything is not so great. If you have a small load this will be more up someone's alley, but if you're looking for a laundromat that you can fully wash family size loads this might not be your first choice. They do have washing, drying, and folding services so that's a plus. They also sell clothing there. I'm assuming it's pieces of clothing that people have left behind. The parking is a nightmare. been going here for a little over a year and would not go anyplace else. the owner made me feel welcome on my first visit and the staff are always polite. place is clean and prices are reasonable.

Janet is extremely helpful and exceptionally nice. I would highly recommend this laundromat. I have been to other laundromats in the Golden Gate area and I would not recommend any of them.
