Martinizing Dry Cleaning, a locally owned franchise business, offers friendly and efficient customer service. The staff, including Billy, Anna, and others, are known for being nice and making it easy to get in and out. The dry cleaning results are always good, with clothes looking fabulous after being cleaned. While some customers may experience a slight delay due to staff being on personal phone calls, the business can provide same-day service if items are dropped off by 10:00 a.m.
I am so glad that I made the decision to use Martinizing dry cleaning , the customer service was great and the facility is very clean. The original pick was a week to get my two king size comforters cleaned but to my surprise it took a few days. My items are clean, fresh, no stains and delivered folded in a bag. The pricing is great. I will recommend anyone to their services.
Great service at reasonable rates. I noticed my old cleaner’s price for shirts and other garments had gone up to insane levels maybe because they think all Naples people are rich and don’t notice what they are paying, like $11.45 for a casual dress shirt. . Found the same at 3 other places too. Obviously they all got together and decided to grossly inflate old prices. This place has kept their prices sane and quality was perfect. Happy I found them.
