I recently started training at Tiger Rock. The instructors are very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen and the patience and time spent learning is very rewarding. This program reinforces self-confidence and discipline. I would truly recommend all ages to sign up and begin their journey in taekwondo.
