This store is superlative in every way. Chris, the owner, truly understands customer service as well as his entire team. The array of glasses sold here is extremely versatile. Also Dr McCalla as well as Dr Koven both are supreme professionals and have guided me always to the right end result. Their focus on care and making sure the patient is informed is the highest priority. Only continuous positive experiences here at this store and with the practice.
Dr. McCalla is a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable (well above the norm), thoughtful, and not at all rushed for time. Chris, on the Sales/Service side, is equally terrific to work with - very knowledgeable, customer-friendly and focused on outcome/quality.
