I have been utilizing massage therapy along with physical therapy and calisthenics to help my chronic back issues. I met Alina at My Massage Haven some time ago and I expressed my interest in massage therapy to enhance my other programs. She has been a blessing to find to work with on my back. Alina is highly skilled, professional and takes the time to learn her clients needs. She has done wonders for me working on knots, tension and spasms that I deal with. She has learned my back and highly sensitive areas and applies the correct pressure as needed. I always fell relaxed after the massage for some time. I’ve been a frequent patron of this location for several years now and have always come out of my sessions like new, whether it be after foot, chair, or full body massage. In the last year, Lina has really helped relieve many of my random aches and back pains— whether they be from traveling, hiking, exercising, or sitting at the office all day— and overall my tension has decreased. I can always count on the ambiance to be relaxed, the spaces clean, and all the staff are very pleasant. I am very lucky to have found such a gem both in Lina and with Massage Haven.

I am a rock climber and athlete and I have been going to Lina for about a year to help me with my sports recovery. Lina is great and her massages help my recover faster and allow me to get back to training faster. During extensive training weeks I go to her twice a week, and she crafts a massage tailored to my sporting needs. I am super grateful to have her in my corner. Thank you Lina!
