I had a facial with the amazing and talented Laisy. She took the time to examine my skin, educate me on what the issues are and consult me on what I need for my specific skin type. I have PCOS and with that comes with hormonal acne, she was able to recommend products to me after our session that would help keep my skin healthy and vibrant.

Lazara is an amazing massage therapist…..her deep tissue 90 min. Session is the best…. Her fingers have a 6th sense and quickly respond to just the area that is in need. A wonderful experience all the time!

I am a membership holder and I have gone to multiple locations from cutler bay to Kendall. The falls location is by far the best one I have ever been to! Juan is amazing at giving massages really goes above and beyond and focuses on your areas of concern. Very relaxing time, friendly staff, and a clean environment! 10/10
