Should have listened to the reviews. Ordered two pairs of sunglasses (same type). They sent me different ones. Emailed them. Got a quick response to send pictures of the ones I received. Sent the pictures. No response. Can't call either - waited a long time and phone just hung up. Don't use them. I was warned and didn't listen.
SCAMMERS. Ordered prescription sunglasses from them mid March. Said it would take 2 weeks for them to be made. After the 2 weeks, I contacted customer support and found out my sunglasses “didn’t pass inspection” and were needing to be remade which would take another 2 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later, the sunglasses were “shipped”. Waited for a week and called FedEx. FedEx claimed they never received the package and to contact the shipper. Contacted Designer Optics and was told the package was delivered to FedEx and a claim would be put in with FedEx. I order glasses Versace. I have ordered before and never had a problem. This time I ordered the box that the glasses came in and packaged was destroyed . I reached out to them many times without any response.
