I recently ordered flowers for a coworker going through a tough time. After placing an online order I didn't hear anything for several days. I followed up via email and Margarita replied to say they'd had a problem with orders that were processed through the website so she would upgrade my $80 bouquet to a $100 one to compensate me for my troubles. Then the address I had on file for my coworker's apartment was wrong but Margarita followed up between me and the driver until the flowers were delivered to the right place. Then she sent a picture of the bouquet as confirmation and it was beautiful! Great customer service! I'd definitely use Zoom Bloomz again!
I shop here weekly and buy their loose flowers to arrange myself at home. Couldn’t recommend enough! The ladies are so friendly and helpful. They get a fabulous variety. I look forward to my weekly stop there!
I would recommend Zoom Bloomz to anyone who has taste, and to those who don’t.. enjoy your wilting publix flowers. Soleil, a young energetic young lady, never fails to amaze me with her majestic floral arrangements! 10/10
