“Neptune Memorial supported an intentional and thoughtful memorial for my dad, Joe. We honored and celebrated him with a plaque and scattering at sea. The entire team was so respectful and thoughtful, from the first interaction to the moment I dove with Pedro to install the plaque and scattering his ashes underwater, we felt so taken care of. We chartered a boat and even the captain and dive masters were so tender and thoughtful. I highly recommend Neptune…and if you get a chance to go underwater and spread the ashes, take it. It’s incredible to witness.”

She was compassionate understanding and incredibly helpful during such a difficult time. We held the service in their chapel and everything was beautifully arranged. The floral arrangements were exactly as requested and there were no issues with any part of the service.<br><br>They were also very responsive and available. I even had to call after hours one evening and someone returned my call that same night and James even returned to the office to assist me.
