This company and all of it’s staff deserves the most recognition and awards on empathy and customer service! Brianna, our funeral director made a difficult situation so much easier with her grace, compassion, love and professionalism. From the moment we got there she made us feel like family. Brianna, Jose and everyone at Memorial Plan Palm Ave took care of us like we were part of their family making sure my Abuelo was celebrated in the most honest way we could. Going through Memorial San Jose and BRIANNA is the way to go, please look no further. Our family recently lost our matriarch, our grandmother and mother. This continues to be a huge loss that we are all coming to terms with and trying to process. We were fortunate enough to know Brianna personally and now have her be the person to help us through all of the logistics of honoring my grandmother’s final wishes.
