Mike and Aram who seem to be managers were responsive but the person they sent to do the work did not know what he was doing. He kept talking pictures of everything and complaining to his manager on the phone. He did not speak English. I spoke to him in Spanish and he didn't listen anyway. For example, I only wanted a small section of the backsplash right behind the sink faucet replaced and he thought i wanted the entire kitchen backsplash removed and replaced. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced with the exact model - just new - and he said it would take him 2 hours.
