“My dad has been at Viera for about a month now. I live in Washington and needed to quickly find him a place to live after his health declined and he was no longer able to care for himself. My sister lives near Orlando but was no help in this search, so I had to search for a facility over the internet and phone, which felt so risky to me. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions and even introduced me to some staff during our virtual tour. Tracey is warm, friendly and funny. My dad has been there for almost a month now and he absolutely loves his new home and Tracey - he talks about her every time we speak. She calls him "Skippy" and he loves that. I am so lucky to have landed my dad in a facility where he is loved and cared for.“
