All the people here, nurses and other workers, have been very nice. My friend likes it there, they will even microwave her food for her so it's nice and hot. That's going above and beyond in my book. The place is clean and spacious. It's nice. Adding: my friend is here for the rest of her life. She's made a lot of friends and has much to do if she so desires. She has a great roommate and they get along very well. My only concern is that my friend needs help to do stuff, getting dressed etc...and she was still dressed for nighttime when eating lunch. All the medical staff are very friendly and caring. Their knowledge is above reproach.
The negative thing I have observed is there is a staff shortage, just like the other medical providers in our area.
The staff are accommodating, helpful, pleasant and professional. The facility has a well groomed look and definitely tidy. It does not have that characteristic smell that often greets people as you walk through the hallways.
What I did encounter was several hand sanitation wall devices not having any hand sanitizers in the dispenser. The front door was empty and a few in the corridors were out.
