The service tech, Brian has been to our home on two occasions and his knowledge and professionalism is top notch. Today was to address a minor concern and there was no charge. Earlier this year Seacoast installed a new system and did a fine job. I feel we got an excellent value and are confident in having their support in the future.
Sea Coast asked me to leave a review and tell folks how good Roger was at his job... I'm not going to do that. I'm going to do a lot more than that. Roger was good. In fact, he and his teammate were great! But, so was Jason and the other folks I talked to over there. They were all wonderful. And, their communications and processes were just as good as the ultimate installation. I got a great new unit, perfectly installed, with instant financing, and all in one day! Nathan from Sea Coast did a wonderful job of finding and fixing our problem with the drain line upstairs in a very hot attic. He was so nice and never stopped until he figured it out. Finding the source of the water leak. Seacoast is a very professional company. You will not be disappointed.
