I live in Miami, but have property in satellite beach. I have had issues with the AC, and From Miami over the phone I have scheduled repairs, complete them including payment. Service call , all over the phone reliability #1. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. I have dealt with the following people again over the phone: Roland Mike Scott And the office staff. You can’t ask for better customer service. Thank you B&B
Received a quick call back, they came out very next day to evaluate my system (which needed replacing). The crew was out within 5 days and replaced entire unit. The two gentlemen were very friendly and professional. House is nice and cool now
