“Can’t say enough great words about this company. That came within an hour to diagnose my wine cooler that stopped cooling. He had it working before he left but at night it stopped again. Seems like it’s a bad compressor and it would cost as much to replace than to fix. And get this..they are actually refunding me the cost of the previous days repair without me even having to ask (minus the $75 diagnostic fee). I appreciated the speedy service, the kind and knowledgeable tech (also the owner), and the integrity to refund me even though he was here for two hours the previous day working hard to fix my issue. “I have been a customer of Arctic Air in Largo, Florida since I moved here in 2005. They installed my current Trane unit almost 14 years ago! I have a contract for semiannual service, so every 6 months. This past Thursday was one such service. I received texts in advance of the date in case I needed to reschedule. Then specific texts the day of service and when Cody was on his way. I love that they provide a 2 hour window so my entire day is not required. He arrived on time. Always is professional, friendly and considerate. Never leaves a mess. As my unit is getting ‘up there’s he suggested an acid wash of my coils to increase efficiency. Oh my! Were they dirty. I cannot say enough good things about this outstanding company. ?“
