The staff are careful to separate dogs by size, temperament, etc. Everyone there loves dogs and is kind and patient. We just relocated out of the Orlando area and hope we can find a new place as wonderful as PPT - they set a high bar!! Also, grooming is excellent!“

We were thrilled to find a "feline only" groomer in a sea of dog lovers. Beth was amazing. My cat was immediately at ease and happy to let Beth hold him as we discussed the plan for the visit. She completely transformed our Goldendoodle, who was a whirlwind of puppy energy and struggling with basic obedience, including running, biting, and generally acting crazy. Rose follows a positive training method and philosophy, which was key for us as we’ve encountered some trainers who work on a fear/“alpha” method. “Everything. Best vet office ever. I've been bringing all my pets here for 20 years. 12 years ago my 8 week old puppy was very lethargic and I went there and the clinical staff just took her and took over and the whole crew saved her life, she was hypoglycemic. Reasonable prices. Best staff.“

We reached out to Jason at ACDT and got a quick response to start Lucy on puppy training classes. Lucy worked with Nicole who was amazing and flexible during all the lessons and scheduling, she went above and beyond along with Jason, they were always answering our questions and being supportive in every way they can! Puppy lessons made a huge impact on Lucy ,she is more confident, learned basic obedience and to develop her social skills. We ended up moving forward with the second part of the training, which involved teaching her place, recall, heel work, sit, down, on and off leash control and much more.
