Looking for a Veterinary Service that provides acupuncture for our 15 year old , Star. My wife looked online and found Red Oaks Animal Hospital that found the service we were looking for. We made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. Immediately we were greeted at the front desk with a smile. Filled out some paper work and promptly taken to an exam room. Ashlie was our Vet Tech and extremely good with Star. Asked all the pertinent questions and took Star's weight. Following that we met with Dr Ortiz. This is the best vet in Central Florida! We bring our dog here for boarding and veterinarian services. Our dog receives stellar service and never minds a trip to the vet. She loves the boarding and is treated perfectly. She never wants to come home because she has so much fun when she's here. All of the staff are incredible and they have outstanding service. Can't rave enough about how awesome River Oaks is!

In all the years (35) that I have patronized ROAH they have gone above and beyond for each of my beagles (4). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for personalized and exceptional service.
