Diamond of a place here, small, unassuming but my new to me. Our boy got the best care and love from this vet and staff. They have a great payment plan which helped, 6 mo w/o finance charge. He was in trouble when we got him, so he needed many meds. They were more than accommodating with other options for buying antibiotics, but for my boy, he needed help immediately. He’s almost a senior and previous owner just couldn’t afford or physically take care of him anymore. Don’t overlook this office, they spent 2.5 hours with my boy, I’ve had pets for 50 years. Only one other office was equal to this one, and that vet retired.

I love the staff - the front desk, the nurses, and the vets have all been just amazing. They were so responsive when my old little dog, Bella, was sick and so caring when she passed. Bella was not very friendly, but she never had an issue being seen by the staff here. While other places required a muzzle (and I would also request one just in case), the staff at Casselberry just knew how to handle her and she never even needed one there. When she had a heart issue, Dr. Vega spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining exactly what the results were, and she had even done additional research and consulted a cardiologist. I appreciate her so much.
